What is an AFT Calculator?

An AFT calculator is a digital tool. It quickly computes your total score on the U.S. Army’s Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT). You input your raw performance data for each event. The tool then generates your final score. This helps soldiers track their performance and readiness accurately.

Our free tool at Calculate-Free.com makes this process simple and instant.

How to Use an AFT Score Calculator

Using an AFT calculator is straightforward. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Gather Your Results: Note your repetitions, times, or distances for all six ACFT events.
  2. Input Your Data: Enter your numbers into the corresponding fields of the calculator.
  3. Calculate: Click the calculate button. The tool will process each event’s score based on official Army standards.
  4. Review Your Score: See your total score and understand your performance level.

You can find a reliable tool for this on our website: ACFT Calculator on Calculate-Free.com.

The Six Events of the ACFT

The ACFT consists of six events. Each event tests a different component of physical fitness. The calculator scores each event on a scale of 0 to 100 points. You need a minimum of 60 points per event to pass. The maximum total score is 600.

The events are:

  1. 3 Repetition Maximum Deadlift (MDL): Measures strength.
  2. Standing Power Throw (SPT): Tests explosive power.
  3. Hand-Release Push-Up (HRP): Assesses muscular endurance.
  4. Sprint-Drag-Carry (SDC): Evaluates speed, agility, and endurance.
  5. Plank (PLK): Measures core stability.
  6. Two-Mile Run (2MR): Tests aerobic endurance.
